Respite Care

We understand the pressure that is put on caregivers, and we understand how important it is for caregivers to have a break to provide the best support they can to their loved ones. My Place Home Care can assist families by giving them a much-needed rest through our respite care services. 

It is nice to know that a compassionate, considerate person can provide the primary caregiver a break to recharge, run errands, go to an appointment, visit family and friends, go on vacation or even just take a nap! We will help you get that peace of mind by knowing someone you and your loved one have chosen is providing the support you need. A familiar friendly face will always be there to help when you need them. 

Our respite care service includes companionship services such as meal preparation, transportation, errands, engaging conversation and activities, light housekeeping, medication reminders and personal care services including bathing and washing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, lifts and transfers, mobility assistance, and more.  

My Place Home Care caregivers are available for a few hours, daily, weekly, and overnight. You decide how long and how often and remember at My Place Home Care, it is home care the way you want it, where you want it.
